It was just a normal day when all of a sudden my Dad felt itching in his hands. He had allergic reactions before so he knew what was occuring just not to what extent.
Unable to drive he had to be rushed to the hospital. My Dad had anaphylactic shock, unable to breathe they had to make an airway in his neck. They had to induced coma to manage the swelling. They didn't know if he would survive, if he would have brain damage, or how long.
This song was written about appreciating every moment because we never know when it may be our last.
